I recently bought a Helios Neo 16 (PH16-71-59F1), and when I tried to open it in my Home it doesn’t turn on. I tried the 3 sec hold power button but it still does not open. It only boot and open when I plugged in the charger. It does stay open even if the charger is plugged out but when I shutdown the laptop and try to open it again (without the charger plugged in) it does not open.
