I am willing to put an intel core i7-860. on ifixit it is saying this it is compatible with my system would this work or will i have issues?

I have a late 2009 Mac Mini that i wish to upgrade it to the fullest, or at least to make it equivalent with my iMac, that is running HighSierra.
