Sullivan, Arthur Sir Arthur Seymour Sullivan is a British composer of Irish and Italian descent, organist, conductor and music teacher. Born in London on 13 May 1842, Arthur Seymour Sullivan was a Child (choirboy) of the Chapel Royal.
