Is there really „stealth“ in the on-foot missions? Not even including missions that you can go loud and alarm the base, it doesn’t feel like you can really complete most missions

How do I get the data for this type of mission. I have accepted the mission, and I see no data in my inventory under data? I don’t know how to refill my 02, check inventory(if any), what batteries are, where to acquire them etc. It just seems like there’s no one place to learn all this, or is there a tutorial The game always shows as Running (both in the normal Library area, and in the VR section tooI don’t have VR), after I play it, quit, and close the launcher. With odyssey added, the new player experience has so many things to do that it’s very easy to get lost! The game still does an abysmal job hand-holding and explaining things, Has anyone found a good and reliable way of gathering raw materials in Odyssey?
