Resize Parallels Window Under Mac

I cannot narrow down what triggers it, but for time to time, the Windows 7 VM resizes to about 1/4 of the normal size and all the apps open in it resize to max. I then have to go and move all those windows in Windows (ha) back and resize them. This does not happen in coherence mode, and as far as I know, it doesn’t happen if I just leave parallels running in a Mac window (i.e. not fullscreen mode).

From my mac desktop, I can try to burn it, but it takes me to the windows 10 installation screen. I also still have the old windows 10 iso file under the parallels dropdown menu from the mac desktop.
