I have 5 horses in RDO and i love them very much. I don’t know exactly when and how it happens but every time I call my horse it has very low health and stamina cores and it looks exhausted, like after a revive state. So I’ve discovered a bug that can delete your horse from the game. Let’s say you have a new purchased, registered horse that you haven’t bonded fully with. In my case it was the very expensive black Arabian that I’d bought from San Denis (so it’s a registered horse, it’s absolutely mine). Invisible stuff is generally (always?) assets brought over from Red Dead Online and you need version.dll or the Online Content Unlocker mod for that stuff to show up. An issue though with Online Content Unlocker is that it still has some invisible stuff. The mod creator needs to eventually update the mod to have it all work.

Is there any point behind the horses in the wild besides detail? I have roped many and broken but have yet to find any monetary value in them. Apparently they cannot be bonded with either making them worthless. Any explanation, opinions or tips are more then welcome!

This bug occurs to me when I play online and it is very frequent. When I enter the stable, it happens that I just see my character or horse standing still and nothing happens. The game no longer responds to any commands and I have to go CTRL+ALT+DEL. It’s frustrating because out of 5 entries into the stable, two are correct, the rest go wrong. I tried different I noticed your deleted comment OP, but basically you need to wait until R* fixes the bug that was introduced with the update. The bug is that your horse won’t despawn even if you get very far away from it.

Can’t rename my horse in multiplayer bug (stuck in menu ). Stuck in a menu and can’t progress right now. Whenever I type a name for my horse nothing happens. Anybody experiencing this? I was in a town with a stable (Can’t remember which one) that had dozens of horses listed in its inventory, but I was unable to purchase any of them. They were all grayed out. I had approx $250, and several horses were <$100. I saw horses with level requirements. These were not those horses. Also, I still have the first horse I got which was a nag. Anyone know

I’ve messed with my settings in the game, restarted it, swapped out different horses, stabled and unstabled them but no matter what I do even when I whistle or spam it my horse does not appear at all whatsoever. Is this a new bug???? Because I’m so confused and I can’t seem to fix this problem.
