I would like to revert the changes made in version 3.7.4 related to the Scav raid timer, instead of short raids, the full raids as it used to be. I searched the configs but was not able to find where this is configured. I think I found the loot part but I’m not sure. inside location.json there is a config scavRaidTimeSettings, I changed all reduceLootByPercent to false. Thank I have no issue with the scav gangs.. my issue is that the raid timers to allow you to engage I. These fights and allow you enough time to quest, loot etc.. they need to hurry up and address the timers. We’re coming on close to 2 months of this now.

Car extracts are the fastest way, .4 for the first time you take them on each map than it halves roughly each time till you hit diminishing return after 4 runs, woods and shoreline extracts always there so you can zoom them, interchange pretty quick to get in and out, than just take the others every chance you get. It will always be worth it if you come back with some useful items — you don’t really need to return with every space of your inventory occupied. So I’m just looking for opinions and insight into the whole scav load time. Some rounds I load in to I have 30 minutes, others the timer hits 9:59 as soon as the screen renders. Is it me or has the scav cool down time changed I didn’t really play much of last wipe besides the last 2 week before wipe. But I swear the cool down time isnt going down much since new wipe, like my fence rep is now at 0.97 and it’s still at a cool down of 24 minutes. I could be wrong but I swear at that rep I would of started seeing a difference in cool down timers.

I was running my scav on customs, and found a red flair.There was <5 mins of the raid so I thought I was being clever, ran close to the extract and used it thinking I would have enough time to grab the loot from it and extract uncontested. Conversely, losing Scav karma will increase the cooldown time before you can play as a Scav. This shift is currently more impactful at lower Scav karma, and I’ve heard of players who have a Scav cooldown of around an hour and a half at very low karma levels.

I tend to only slightly increase my raid times, i.e Customs/Woods/Shoreline to 1 hour and I experienced an invisible scav in Fortress about 20 mins in so I don’t think it’s caused by longer raid times, seems more like generation errors. I also don’t use AI Limiting in the QB F12 menu and use QB spawning.
