If the goal is also to limit their PVE dominance, I don’t think this fixes it at all. If the arrows are abundant, all mid to high-end rangers will ALWAYS have enough anyways to continue dominating PVE boss stats. IMO a potential change would be reduce projectile damage to PVE by A LOT.

The general feedback I read from players is that Rangers aren’t very good at PvE, they can do well in PvP, and I’m not very sure about WvW.
