2012 – Palm University College was founded in Accra, Ghana, and opens its doors in a rented house converted into offices, classrooms, a computer laboratory, and a library and begins offering Certificate Programs in Leadership in East Legon, Accra. Palm University College was founded by Dr. Peter Carlos Okantey in year 2012. 9+ Years of history and education During the first 12 months of his exposure to the United States, Peter was astounded by the differences between the U.S and Ghana, where he grew up.
