S8 AQI7 build has the August patch but Samsung did integrate the blueborne security fixes in it. Same with the Note 8 and the AQI1 build. The October patch however was released on time and Samsung will probably rollout the update in the coming week if they follow the same update pattern they have been for the past few months.
