I put instructions for something for a user in a text file on her desktop. It’s a little complex so she refers to it each time. I opened Notepad and the same text file was open at least 40 times. WTF is the purpose of that? Notepad++ just keeps opening it as a single instance. Is this really the way Microsoft chose to do it? It’s idiotic.
