There definitely is a defined „skill list“ in both editions of Star Trek Adventures, although they’re called Disciplines and the list is very short: Command, Conn, Engineering, Medicine, Science, and Security. Maybe you’re thinking of Focuses, which are player-defined? Those aren’t skills though, they’re more like the skill specializations you find in many games in Star Trek: Relic, the first campaign within the larger Star Trek: Universe metacampaign, was born. I seem to recall a MiniSix section that was very Star Trek-y but I may be misremembering. Other than that I haven’t seen any Star Trek D6 writeups even though it’d be a great system for it.
