So I upgrade my deadric Armor to 125%, giving me an armor rating of 85. I go into the Shivering Isles and get a full set of Perfect Amber and Perfect Madness Armor. So I repair those to 125% and I still only have an armor rating of 85. My question is, is there a cap on how high your armor rating can go? If im correct it should be around 89 or so.
