Just running a vanilla game right now, but in an older install I had it so that the „cl off“ command was executed automatically when starting the game. I know for certain it wasn’t a mod, but I forgot how I did it. Can anyone please remind me how to set these commands up to be automatic? I just want to use „cl off“ and „fov 100 100“ for now.

I don’t understand, my character just won’t hack expert terminals or anything above, it’s really holding me back, I was wondering if there’s any solutions.

The console command Oscar mentioned looks like the one that allows you to use ballistic weave at all, an ability which you normally get by doing the relevant missions for the Railroad. you cannot just add science 4 you have to add them one at a time, in order or you will mess up your game not all perks get listed in order when you use the help command, the perk listed at the lower id may not be the perk before the next one. use the wiki page to get which id is for which level of perk

You can also get mods on PC, and I believe console, such as ‚Cheat Room Mod‘ that has all kinds of tricks to add levels and perks. If you want to actually get every perk via leveling up, cheating or not, you’ll need to be level 286, assuming you have the assorted DLC.
