Gender inequality is a deeply entrenched issue in many societies around the world, and the road to overcoming it begins with understanding and addressing the structural biases that perpetuate it. One of the most effective tools in this journey is gender training—a process designed to create awareness about gender norms, break down harmful stereotypes, The dialogue will include an online discussion forum and two webinars to reflect on elements of good practices in training for gender equality. The objectives are to discuss the good practices in the Compendium and lessons learned to inform the field.
