Inventor Nastran, formerly known as Nastran In-CAD, offers CAD-embedded finite element analysis software with an array of simulation and analysis features. Also, make sure your mesh at the root of the thread is fine enough to accurately capture the stress concentration – because of that, I recommend you simplify the analysis to a symmetric slice, shell model, or 2-D axisymmetric analysis (I’m not sure if Inventor Nastran can do that last one yet).
