„Failed to find Steam“ Odd, previously I had RS 2.5 and that worked fine but now that I’ve overwritten the files with 2.6 it comes up with an error with „failed to find steam“ does anyone know how I could fix this? failed to find steam okay i try to start game and i get a pop up that says failed to find steam. then it opens a connection in chrome to the steam front page of the store. anyone got a fix? I found a file of the game which gives the information „Failed to find Steam“ as an error and then takes me to store.steampowered.com.

Next rename the JadeEmpireLauncher to ‚JadeEmpireLauncherBackup‘, then rename the JadeEmpire to ‚JadeEmpireLauncher‘.
