Dragonknight Or Templar — Elder Scrolls Online

The Elder Scrolls Online Rouge or Assassination class. It excels in stealth and surprise attacks. They have the best burst damage in the game. The use of blood magic allows them to leech the life of their enemies to themselves. These abilities make Nightblade great for PVP and PVE alike. Our Nightblade race selections are Dark Elf When it comes to heavy armor crafting, I’m wondering what makes the difference if a piece will have the Templar or Dragon knight style?

ATM DKs are better than Templars as tanks, especially in PvP. In terms of self-healing a magicka Templar is definitely stronger (Rushed Ceremony can crit for up to 1.7k with Focused Healing), but a stamina Templar would fall behind DKs (although you can still be very tanky using stamina-based heals and Sun Shield). Hey, So at the moment I’m a level 42 Sorcerer and loving it, but I want to start a new character on a different alliance with a friend. I want to be either a DragonKnight or Templar. I see a lot of Templar be full heavy armour and sword/shield and heal/tank. If this is a really good method maybe I should choose Templar over the dragonknight as it can tank as well. What do you Templars: Blessed with Aedric powers (summoning is a DAEDRIC POWER). Sorcerers are users of Dark and Daedric magick, and since summoning is a form a daedric magick, well there you go.

I’m looking for advice on which class is better for tanking. I already have a level 50 Dragonknight and I’m wondering if I should stick with it as my tank or continue leveling my Templar for that role. Alternatively, I’m considering respecing one of them to full DPS instead. What do you all think? The Elder Scrolls Online A few have been easy decisions, like altmer sorcerer, breton templar, and khajiit/dunmer nightblade. But DKs have me torn. I’ve narrowed it down to either Nord or imperial, but my TES lore knowledge isn’t deep enough to help to finalize the choice. Fluffy Senior Fluffykins, Daggerfall Liberator of Haderus, Dragonknight. I could use a little help choosing a class! I was thinking of testing the new update out with either of those two as they seemed to resonate more

As far as the question in this thread, Dragonknight for general tanking, Necromancer has the highest mitigation thanks to their passives, Arcanist is great too but kind of weird, Sorc or Nightblade make the best dungeon tanks, Warden makes the best arena tank, and Templar tanks excel at nothing as they don’t provide anything unique Hmm, probably Dragonknight, they have a lot of defense with things like Reflective Scales and Green Dragon Blood. Plus Ferocious Leap is a good Ultimate that lets you fly / leap in to the combat which is pretty cool. Templar is also a good choice with

I get that every class deserves counters, but this is completely out of hand right now. Mag DK only kills through the use of dots, and for many ele drain. Fairly new to ESO and I started a magic-heavy Templar and a warrior-type DragonKnight. I have pretty much exclusively been increasing magicka for the Templar, but I have been splitting points between stamina and health for the DragonKnight. Should I be spreading the points around more for the Templar, or sticking with one trait for the

What are people’s thoughts on which class offers the best starting point for subclassing? As in, which will offer the most combinations. The resource management of a Dragon Knight trumps any healing a templar can do because „perma-blocking“ provides so much damage mitigation. I’ve been playing Stamina Warden DD for a few years now, but the situation seems hopeless, I cant reach single target boss dps of other classes no matter how hard I try–and based on the DPS rankings, the class is about 20% worse than the mean dps of all classes. I’ve been thinking of rerolling a new character to Magicka Templar, Nightblade, or I’ve been reading a lot how templars make the best tank, and dragonknights make the best dps is this true?? At first I was thinking Dragon Knight but I’m not sure that would be true due to the abilities stemming from the Akavir. Are we to the point in the 2nd age where the Akavir have already raided Skyrim? Templar maybe possibly? Warden? I don’t have warden currently but I have been thinking of getting it anyways. I had intended on my warden being a Bosmer archer though.

A Dragon Knight High Elf could be a violent pyromancer, a Templar Redguard could be an Ash’abah, and a Necromancer Argonian could be a Veeskhleel-Tzel. Some things might not work as well, such as a Khajiiti Warden (not typically associated with Vvardenfell fauna, the Green, or cryomancy).

Also what would be better for this kind of playstyle dragon knight or templar. I’m low level so i have no problem in making another character. I would be very happy if someone could tell me something about the dk, templar thing and a build to level on each of them or the one that you think it’s better. Warden tend to be a more of a tank with heals, while Dragonknight tends to be more of a tank with debuffs. If class CCs are your jam, then Dragonkinght has their chains to yank mobs around. Dragonknight is a class in Elder Scrolls Online. It is geared primarily towards tanking characters, but also utilizing fire to deal magic damage.
