Make sure it’s the ONLY midi device enabled on your computer. If you have more than one midi device or any loopback systems enabled then the ATEM software will not work.

I do have Steinberg CMC MIDI controllers on this box, so that may be the problem. I don’t intend to use them with the ATEM, so unchecking MIDI control solved the problem with no downside. As I’m using midi controllers to operate my show control software, it’s a major pain in the posterior region. Do any of you know of a way to disable midi in the control panel? Is it a way to control Macros in the ATEM Software with MIDI or DMX? I mean to trigger the Macros (i have created) with an Interface (DMX Interface USB or MDI Interface USB) and a piece of software? So i can trigger the macros with an Lightning Console (DMX), or an Audiosoftware (MIDI), thats my suggestion. Are there Solutions
