As A New Embermage Should Any Points Go Into Str Or Dex?

Di: Ava

Just finished ng+++ solo on elite with this build of embermage. Put almost all your points to focus and few to vitality. non for str or dex.

dex is technically better because of casting speed, but note that casting speed sees no increase until 35 dex. I’m currently running my first str/int build and it’s pretty fun. Although I just use the Personally, I’m looking at a 300 dex, 100 str, 50 con baseline with ~600 gear score equip on medium armor. Just enough defenses and con to not be a full blown glass cannon, but stupid

What’s the "point" of DEX builds ?

Just finished my first Embermage run with 70 stat and 21 skill points ...

Hello 🙂 I am playing Embermage and cannot decide whether I should go for a twohanded Staff, dual wielding wands or Wand + Shield. Can you guys please guide me with I have changed back and forth from being a so-called Dex-type to Str-type for countless times. On my personal experience, I have proven that there is no difference whether

Alternatively, I could go STR, dump DEX, use heavy armor instead, and then get Dual Wielder for extra AC and the ability to dual-wield longswords. Level 12 Build: The goal is to reach level 12

Wondering how I should level my character for this weapon. Or does it really matter as long as I use an Ash of War perk thing to the strengths of my character? As of right

Is this a bad idea? Do I need any points into Dex for the crit chance? Also, is it a bad idea that I’m running a full frost build on my Ember? So far I’m playing on Veteran and it seems decent. Prismatic Bolt relies on the Brand passive skills. You could go any dual- or mono-element build, and as long as you use the corresponding Brand you will regardless have very high damage Embermage is able to control enemy packs while dealing damage, check out the Frost tree that might help ya. Vitality usually isnt worth it, better to invest the 2 points into Dex

Secondary: DEX, if you’re using bombs or any other ranged weapon, or STR for melee weapons and for the Metamorph subclass only, since you turn into a melee character I want to focus on a pyromancer and faith build, so I want to put all my points into int, faith, attunement for more spells, and some into vigor for survivability. I have enough str and dex to

  • New World Greatsword Best Stat? 300 STR vs 300 DEX?
  • First time player, should I go dex, str, or quality?
  • A Doctor’s Online Gaming Life: Cabal Blader: STR or DEX?

I’m playing a melee-based embermage right now and really enjoying it. I just need to level up to get some spell diversity going, and it should turn out to play pretty well. P.S for my Strength, intelligence and dex playthroughs I had better knowledge of the game so I did some early power levelling by collecting strong weapons and cheesing the

With anni, torch, enigma and base str you will really NEVER need to put 1 point into strength. But if you’re leveling normally and don’t have a lot of that equipment waiting for you, just put stats Path of Exile 2 (PoE2) offers Strength, Dex, and Int attributes to players. Which ones should you rather invest in? I use spells only as embermage. My main attack is the „Magma Spear“. I use additional spells like the ice rain and the fire pillars to deal areal damage. Since now I focused

My initial plans were to go for a Dex-based Thaumaturge, with a weapon implement being a pistol. I wasn’t aware however about the rules of not adding your Dex bonus to damage – this seems Imagine you’re explaining the benefits of different builds to a new player. STR gets more physical defense and you can two-hand for a whopping 50% boost to STR. INT and FTH I’m only boosting stat points into FOCUS, leveling up Charge till 10, and the rest will go into the frost skill tree. Any suggestions?

Is a javelin a finesse weapon? The Javelin has neither the finesse trait nor is it listed as a ranged weapon. Whereas the humble dagger has the finesse trait. Yes a javelin is a So is there any point in having high strength for a rogue or should I just dump it all into dex anyway ? Sneak attacks work as long as the weapon has the finesse tag, even if you are using

I’d reccomend you go 18/16 for Str/Dex or Dex/Str and get both high AC and high damage. Currently im playing a 18 Dex/16 Str wolf stance monk which is fun, backstabber is useful since Assuming the career plan cost is the same, do you guys usually go STR/DEX or CRIT? Also has anyone actually tested that STR increases CRIT DMG? I looked at it on level typical setup from a new player which isn’t bad. if you want to improved I’d recommend not putting any points into vitality in vanilla it’s a useless stat that gives no practical bonus in the game.

Should I be building my Longbow Ranger w/ DEX or STR? I’m looking at his weapons right now, and none of his bows have the „Finesse“ tag on them. Thx! Archived post. New comments Scaled Fist has synergy with bard or sorcerer and can then go into Dragon Disciple. But you can just as well go pure Monk or maybe Monk with 4 fighter levels with

Hey guys and dolls, I just got the remaster and wondering what to go for my first character. I started out as Templar as it was fairly balance and had a healing miracle. But when it comes to

Pretty much title! Motivity feels good but not having any poise is a bit sad with how slow some attacks can be on th3 player end Technique (especially the rapier) feel amazing but not being

Apologies if this is sheer ignorance, but is there any point levelling both strength and dex if I’m making a lightsaber wielding character? It’s my understanding (which is probably wrong) that
