Wii Backup Manager is a good one, I use wbfs_file, there many more here. Don’t use USB sticks, and I recommend always using FAT32 since it is compatible with ALL homebrew. The only other alternative would be NTFS (but then the only homebrew that will recognize it are USB Loaders)
