Registrar’s Accreditation Agreement Background: One of the new provisions added to the 2009 RAA requires ICANN to develop in consultation with registrars a webpage that identifies available registrant rights and responsibilities.
The Registrar Accreditation Agreement (RAA) is the contract that governs the relationship between ICANN and its accredited registrars. The RAA was updated in August 2012 to reflect ICANN’s change of mailing address.
The 2013 Registrar Accreditation Agreement (RAA) is the most current and only contract governing the registrar relationship with ICANN.
